The FINTRO™, FINTRO AI™, and EXCELERATE™ marks and the underlying platform are the intellectual property of Wayne Tolson, used by the Allen Tolson Team in connection with this endeavor. Any prior reference attributing ownership to “Eracism, LLC” or any other entity is superseded.
The Allen Tolson Team intends to form or designate a new entity (“NEWCO”) and assign the applicable rights to it at the appropriate time. Until a written assignment is executed, rights remain with the Allen Tolson Team (and, as to the platform marks, with Wayne Tolson).
No license is granted by access. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or circumvention is prohibited (incl. 17 U.S.C.).
For seven (7) years you shall not disclose the Confidential Information, nor circumvent the Allen Tolson Team to exploit the Project or contact any partner, investor, athlete, players association, institution, or prospect made known through it. Breach may warrant injunctive relief. A separately signed NCND governs and controls.
